Summary
On shaking legs, Eddie slowly stood up and turned to face Dustin again. Though he had been expecting it, Eddie felt a punch in the gut as he took in the image before him. He saw himself, lying in Dustin’s arms, covered in blood. His eyes were wide open, staring into nothing. Unblinking. Eddie could feel bile rising in his throat. That was him. His body. He was dead, but somehow he was still here, still around.
Eddie sat down hard on the ground, eyes still glued to the pair in front of him.
“Fuck.”
(Or, Eddie becomes a ghost after he dies and, though he can't communicate through normal channels, tries to find his way back to the Party)

Summary
Eddie Munson is sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder of Chrissy Cunningham in July of 1986.
Despite everyone’s best efforts, the government did not seem as hellbent on helping him prove his innocence as they did to make sure everyone kept their mouths shut. Hopper and Nancy put more time into pleading his case than any of the fancy lawyers the feds sent to handle it.
Apparently, a biased jury and judge didn’t much care for whatever proof Nancy had.
At least he looks alright in orange.
or: The government fails Eddie Munson, but Steve Harrington gives him a dangerous thing: hope.

“Ambidextrous, princess, it’s what makes me so good with my hands.” Eddie wiggled his fingers.
“You mean for guitar?” Steve asked, completely missing the innuendo, and also nearly knocking Eddie flat at the thought that Steve Harrington knew he played guitar.
“You stalking me or something?” Eddie asked.
Steve frowned. “Uh, no, but your band played in the middle school talent show, it’s pretty hard to forget a thirteen year old screaming death metal before his voice dropped.”
Eddie almost laughed at that. Almost. “You saying I’m unforgettable, princess?”
“If that’s how you want to take it, Munson."
Eddie realized this was turning towards something far more dangerous than taunting a boy known for getting into fights, like flirting with a very, very straight boy known for getting into fights.

Summary
Billy and Max escape Neil and move to Hawkins, where Billy sets his sights on Steve Harrington.

Steve's whole body is a line of tension water dripping down his spine as he moves to get dressed. "King Steve." Billy calls just to see what reaction he will get, has seen Steve glare at Tommy numerous times over the moniker. Now is no different, he might feel bad if he didn't find the little snarl Steve lets out adorable.
"Don't call me that." Steve hisses fangs just barely visible from where they have dropped and eyes flashing as he drags his boxers on under the towel. Billy wishes he would just drop the towel completely so he can fully enjoy the show.
"What would you prefer I call you?" Billy steps closer licking his teeth as Steve drops the towel pulling his pants up.
"Steve, you know my actual name by itself." Steve points out.
"That's no fun pretty boy." Billy enjoys the flush that creeps over Steve's skin his scent spiking sweetly.
