Or Hermione and Draco really want to have another baby, so does Scorp, he's desperate for a sibling. But after almost a year and a half they haven't had any luck. Draco finds her feeling sorry for herself and decides to make her feel better. When his pep talk doens't get rid of her negative feelings fully he decides to just fuck the bad feelings away and hopefully a baby into her.

Summary
Hermione had warned her husband that she would be in a meeting for most of the afternoon and therefore wouldn’t be able to meet him for lunch as they always did whenever they were both available. Her work as Department Head for the DMLE and his work as Deputy Head auror meant that they would often have lunch together to bitch and moan about irritating coworkers.
The usual time for their bitching session came and Hermione thought nothing of it, after all she had told her husband she wouldn’t be joining him. Thoroughly focused on her meeting with the Undersecretary for the Minister she didn’t see the howler being delivered through her floo.
Or Draco embarrasses Hermione at work so she makes him beg when he doesn't apologise after they get home from work. In the end they both get what they want.
