“THE FUCK?”
Izuku squeals, closing his eyes and expecting a fist to collide with his cheek any second now.
After a few moments of nothing, Izuku peeks out one of his eyes. He sees Kacchan, but Kacchan isn’t looking at him. His face looks… shocked? Confused? Offended?
And he’s looking down.
Izuku looks down too, confused, until he comes face to face with the huge fucking tent in his own pants.

Katsuki watches Izuku now, fighting for his goddamn life, twisting himself into darker and darker forms to protect, to save and win, and his entire body shudders.
Not a fear shudder, not disgust, not sickness. Katsuki’s nape heats, a sort of honey-slow warmth pooling in his stomach and spreading up his spine, reaching the tips of his ears and teasing his cheeks. The camera zooms, catches Izuku’s mouth opening wide on a shout Katsuki can’t quite hear, his teeth bared with fury, back and chest coiled with so much power it feels like the screen can barely contain it.
It’s… Katsuki’s turned on. He’s turned on.
That’s what the shudder is. It’s out of pure fucking lust.

Katsuki’s chest heaved, words tangled in the haze. He had so many questions. Since when had Izuku felt that way? Was this only because of the drugs? Or was that all him? Was Izuku just as high as Katsuki was? Every question Katsuki had was left unanswered, because all that came out was a shaky, whispering,

“Katsuki.” He nudged him gently, just enough so he could lay above the covers and wrap one of his arms around Katsuki’s waist, pulling him in close to his chest as his other arm slid beneath him, so he could reach for his hands. So he could hold both of his cold hands against the warmth of his own calloused palm. Pressing a kiss behind his ear, nudging his nose against his soft hair, inhaling softly, Izuku whispered. “I promise you I’m not mad, I just want us to talk about this some more. I want to understand.”
“It’ll make you sick.”
“No it won’t, nothing about you disgusts me. I love you.” He said it in such a soft, tender way that was so trusting and reverent that Katsuki just felt that much worse. Because he said it in a way that meant even if he said something concerning or uncouth, Izuku already seemed to have no qualms about it. He only squeezed his hand reassuringly, kissing his shoulder and murmuring. “Talk to me, please. I want to understand. What did you mean by what you said, you wanted me to use you?”
“Something like that.”
Or when Katsuki has a little fantasy that's been playing in the back of his head for years now, and Izuku tries his best to indulge him.
