Summary
Leon agrees to a vacation with Ada.
Unsurprisingly, it goes poorly.
An Aeon-centric crossover about bad decisions, worse cities, and the fact that no matter where they go, it’s never just a vacation.

Summary
Three decades of slow and excruciating progress, of fighting each other, of fucking each other, of crying over each other until one day they finally sat down and talked like the goddamn adults that they are and decided they were both done with that bullshit that they were too afraid to call a relationship. And if that they were done with that, then that left them with only two choices. Either they both went on their separate ways, for the last time, and this time forever. Or they got married.
Leon breaks into the room and finds his wife immobile, lying on her stomach on the floor.
(in which: Ada Wong's infection is the reason why Leon finds out about the Raccoon City Syndrome)

Summary
Ever since he became a married man, there hasn’t been much Leon has fought harder for than to return home in one piece at the end of every week. Even if he didn’t manage to make a difference like he hoped he would, even if everything he did seemed like it didn’t matter in the moment, even if the odds stacked against him were impossible to combat— he still had to come home.
Because he made a promise.
They both did.

Summary
He turns his gaze back on her, his expression loaded yet inscrutable. “You do it so well,” he shakes his head. “Acting like you really care.”
The words hit her, sudden and stinging. “You don’t think I do?”
He looks at her, the way one might look at an indecipherable puzzle. She supposes that in a way, that’s what she is to him. “Honestly, I don’t really know what to think anymore.”
(Or: Leon and Ada, falling apart and growing back together.)
