Summary
He felt the movement around him as his stomach lurched, the Idea of a Lover collecting his hair behind him as more vomit joined his first bout. He heaved above it, tears forming in his eyes; hints of his ruined lipstick tinted the sickness like a taunt. The emptiness of his stomach was both a lifted weight and a violent shuddering sent through him.
“You’ll be okay,” Kyo said faintly, flatly, seeming to materialize, and suddenly Yuchi was being gathered into his arms, no regard given to the sour spit that immediately trailed its way onto Kyo’s shirt.

“I’ll get the extensions for you.” It wasn’t an offer but a statement. It seemed that was often the case with Shinya.
“I can do it my–” he reached to take the cotton pad himself, but Shinya knocked his hand away with the back of his wrist.
“You can start on your makeup, if you need to do something,” Shinya said, pulling away for a moment to push his own makeup box towards Kyo, “but you look ready to drop dead.”

“I just mean, if you did ever let your hair grow, I’m sure it would look… good…”
He heard how gracelessly he trailed off, but it was impossible to linger on it while Kyo was laughing so brightly, preening a hand through the fluffy white extensions that Yuchi thought, combined with his makeup, made him look almost cat-like.
“Well, thank you, I think I look pretty too,” he said, the taunting lilt in his voice nearly covering up the uncertainty of his delivery.
