Summary
Satoru’s mother likes to call him nosey. To a fault, apparently. She claims that his nosiness is going to get him beat up one day, or worse. Satoru thinks that it’s a disgusting exaggeration. He is not that nosey. In fact, he wouldn’t even think to describe himself as nosey. He would use curious.
Yes, curious is the right word to use. He likes finding the answers to every question that crosses his mind. He becomes so obsessed with whatever catches his attention, it’s honestly a problem. He thinks there was a time he didn’t eat for a week because of it. Satoru genuinely can’t help it though, he has to know how things work, what makes people tick. The need gnaws at him until he’s satisfied, until his curiosity is quenched.
As of today, his curiosity has caused him to become obsessed with his best friend. Specifically, his best friend’s account on Grindr.

"Stop running away, Suguru. It won't solve our problems," Satoru says, visibly irritated.
"Our? Is there still an 'our'? Or an 'us'?"

_____Cult leader Suguru gets drunk and ends up calling his ex-best friend, whom he hasn't spoken to since that fateful day in Shinjuku. Gojo Satoru comes through.

Satoru sighs. He never knows what will come out of their mouths. They always know how to say the worst thing in every situation. Maybe they got it from him, after all. Sorry, Suguru, these kids are just a little more Gojo than they're Getou.
_____Or, a miscontextualised, cryptic conversation between Suguru and Shoko sends the GoGe kids scrambling. It gets worse (or better, depends on who you're asking) when the kids realise they have to pick a side.
