Summary
Everyone knows Ladybug. She's always there to save the day, to make things right. With the defeat of Hawkmoth, nothing could go wrong. But one day, amid a battle with the new holder of the Butterfly Miraculous, she messes up. Bad.
With the fatal loss of life heavy on his conscious, Chat Noir abandons the Cat Miraculous and takes a turn down a dark path. He becomes Chat Blanc. Lost in her grief for both her partner and her old friend, Ladybug disappears, subjecting Paris to the wrath of the hero they once knew and loved.
But despite his victory, Chat Blanc will not stop looking for his long lost partner. With the Cat Miraculous no longer being his, he searches for a new partner, one as cunning and intelligent as he is. Thankfully, amidst the chaos, he has the perfect candidate in mind.
