Will stood in silence before his head ached again. He pulled his glasses off and pinched the bridge of his nose. After adjusting to the pain, he put his glasses back on and opened his mouth to speak.
Just before Will could vocalize his thoughts, a wave of nausea hit and he stumbled backward. He began to lurch, but he was unable to empty his stomach. Will had eaten nothing the evening before, so the only thing that came up was bile and stomach acid. Along with the sick feeling came a near-searing pain. He tried to catch himself, but failed and hit cold snow.

“Coffee?”
Will dimly registered Hannibal’s voice through his sleep induced haze, wondering faintly how long it had been since either of them had spoken.
“Will? Coffee?”
Hannibal’s voice came again, stronger this time, cutting through the dimness as Will fought his way back from sleep. Opening his eyes slowly, Will took in the pale grey light of what he assumed was morning and groaned.

Will and Hannibal reach their destination after escaping from the Verger farm, and find that there's coffee and making out there (all the best destinations should have those things on offer really). A continuation of the Digestivo AU which is honestly so divergent from the actual show at this point, I'm not sure how much longer I can call it that, but we'll see where it takes us!

The cop seemed like he wanted to say something else but stopped. He cleared his throat and rather fatherly ordered, "Well, don't sleep in your car again, son. You enjoy Georgetown now, alright?"
"Yes, sir." Will answered.
The cop left after an awkward beat and Will slammed the door closed, wrapping the blankets more tightly around himself. He looked down at the card.

He threw the offending card in the front into the pile of trash. He scowled at it. Did he really read that easy? He buried his head under the blankets. He refused to admit it. He didn't want help. He was fine on his own.
