The guy's demeanor broke momentarily. "Uh, no," he said in a soft voice, straightening to look up at Beomgyu, his business casual suit that's too askew after his long subway ride. "I'm— I'm waiting for my boyfriend." The guy has dimples that show at the slightest twitch of his lips.
or: Beomgyu dislikes his neighbour. It gets much more complicated than that when he starts running into the guy's supposed boyfriend, Choi Soobin.

For most who found out that Dazai Osamu was in love, they went through the five stages of grief—denial (“That’s impossible!”), anger (A guy like Dazai?!”), bargaining (“Why him?”), depression (“This world is messed up.”) and finally, acceptance (Who the hell is it?”).
So, it was with great fanfare that many started poking around to find the person who held Dazai’s heart. After all, it is not every day you hear that the suicidal maniac, whose hobby was asking ladies out for double suicide, actually has someone he holds affections for.
That is how they met one Nakahara Chuuya.
