After all the shit he’s been through. Getting kidnapped by the League. Getting skewered by that fucker Shigaraki. He’s had the bones in his arm completely shattered. He died. And came back from the dead. How come, after all of that, he’s supposed to accept that he’s just dying?———
Katsuki finds out his body is shutting down, and they can't locate the cause. Now, confronted with his mortality (again), he realizes there's still so much he wants to do before he dies, and all of it includes a freckled, green-haired boy.
It's a race against his own ticking time clock to finish the suit for Izuku. Katsuki will give him his dream back—even if it kills him.
