    Tim had a problem. A vampire problem. It had been going on for a couple of weeks, the feeling of eyes watching him. Like he was being hunted when he was home alone, and due to the nature of how he lived, that was more often than not. It wasn’t his fault that he preferred the seclusion of the manor he’d been left in his parents’ passing. It might have been his fault that the vampire felt comfortable enough to stick around.

    Bruce and Dick share a look. Dick clears his throat. “Tim. Buddy,” he says very, very gently. “It’s not going to, uhh, get better.”
