Summary
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Fred, George, Luna, and Ginny have being working in the shadows against Dumbledore since the start of the Triwizard Tournament. They thought they had discovered the extent of his manipulations when they learnt of the spells they were all layered in. But an old school policy that had recently been brought back causes an even bigger secret to be brought to light.

Summary
After the Christmas argument about Harry's Firebolt, Hermione decides that she's not putting up with the boys' sulking anymore, and she's going to do something about it. What happens next is a testament to the strong bonds forged through people actually talking to each other, the desperation involved in keeping your best friend alive and in one piece, and the desire to build a better, safer world for him to live in, no matter what the objections from the adults.
In other words, the risk in manipulating things to create child-soldiers is that they will decide that you, too, are also something to protect themselves against.
Revised, Edited, and Rewritten: After a lot of feedback about how the writing got better as this fic went on, I've been taking a break, not just to have the burn-out breakdown from IRL work, but also to rewrite some of the earlier chapters (mostly 1-5) hoping to improve on what was already there, and add things I wish I'd thought of the first time.

Summary
Sick of the Dursleys and resolved to missing his few friends if it means getting away from the people of the Wizarding World and their nosy whispers, Harry gets the idea to leave it all behind for a while, just a bit, just for a rest. Like a camping trip, except he’ll take enough provisions for a year or so...maybe some plants, seeds and things for a little garden. Maybe some time away from the things that weigh him down will help the constant highs and lows he’s been feeling for a while now. Just a little break.
(Or, the one where Harry says TTFN and takes himself off on an indefinite vacation and upsets a few very careful plans.)

Summary

Old and gray after living a long, fulfilling life, Harry Potter takes his very last breath and wakes back up as his thirteen-year-old self on the night of the Aunt Marge Mishap. With his lifetime of memories intact, Harry's first instinct is to suspect that somebody has cursed him. However, he forgoes all of his former Auror training when he realizes he can use his knowledge to his advantage. Namely, he can save Sirius--really save him--and rewrite his future in the process. It seems like a foolproof plan, but there's just one flaw. Success depends entirely on events unfolding exactly as Harry recalls them. Unfortunately, a few changes have been made for his second time as a third year Hogwarts student.

Summary
Death was not what Harry thought it would be. An empty train and a being proclaiming himself to be the Death, telling him that, “sorry, no afterlife for you” certainly wasn't anywhere near his expectations.
And having his soul and magic crammed back into his four year old body, being told that he can never die… That was another painful kick to the groin.
But Harry is British, and the phrase “keep calm and carry on” is practically a part of him by now. He realises that this is a second chance at life. To actually live and do whatever the hell he wants without being someone else’s pawn. It is a new beginning, and things are going to be vastly different this time around.
