Marty looked between her and the picture, his eyes wide, a half-formed answer on his lips. “I, uh – no?”
“That’s him.” Linda stabbed a finger at the photo. “That’s Calvin.” Marty looked blank. “Calvin Klein?” she said. “That guy mom dated before dad?”
“Huh?” said Marty.
“Do you seriously not see it?” she said. “He has your face, Marty! He has your exact face!”
Marty did another double take between her and the photo. “He does?”
Linda had a normal Friday night planned. She'd been going to watch TV and then maybe take a bubble bath. She wasn't planning on having the weirdest conversation of her life. She absolutely wasn't planning on an existential crisis.
