    Katsuki steps in close then, grabbing his hand, “You’re… Are you- are you breaking up with me?”

    Katsuki is angry, Ejirou feels like he's losing himself, they break up, it's disastrous, Katsuki runs away, there's angst, he comes back, some more angst, they're friends, they're lovers, happy ending! (I am so bad at summaries)
    Also there are spoilers for the end of the manga because it's kind of canon compliant, there's a few things I changed around to fit this AU but mostly canon compliant.

    After the war, literally sleeping with Izuku just felt safer. Katsuki slept easier. It went downhill from there — the cuddling and kissing... the casual sex.
    When the old hag finds out and makes Katsuki go to the Gyno, he finds out he's (supposedly) infertile due to his Quirk impacting his body's chemistry.

    All that to say, Katsuki is definitely shocked that after drunkenly hooking up with Eijiro, he finds out he's pregnant by one of the two crushes he's been suppressing — and he doesn't know which.
