God, this is such a tangible narrative of an experience. That sweet youthful haze of infatuation clouding your reality + the inevitable bitter tinge once the consequences of blindness settle. You’ve embodied that so aptly.
I can totally imagine my teen-self reading this and empathizing with Sakura’s POV blindly, but my experienced older self is just watching her like I’m watching someone experience a canon event.
It feels like you’ve captured a particular essence of a coming-of-age picture!
Both Sasori and Sakura. They have much growing up to do, it’s delicious. Bless you for writing this gem. Looking forward to enjoying the rest!

God, the emotions poured into this was so raw and human. The contrast between Sakura and Sasori was just heart achingly beautiful. Your portrayal of Sasori’s mania (and narcissism) was so intriguing and fascinating to witness.And it’s so real, how one event could change everything. They were already driving close to the edge of falling apart when it happened. But that time he left his phone only sped them into the inevitable crash. That was so real for me. Your background characters were also a delight to witness. I loved that they had other things going on for them than being “characters” to serve the leads.
There was so much growth and journey in just 10 chapters, oh my god. It went so far from “Where’s his cock?” in their nude sketch class. Jesus, thank you for all the yearning, craving, and all consuming emotions. You portrayed it so vividly. Great work!
