    “Get on your knees.” Sapnap’s voice, now a few octaves lower, filled the heavy air. It sent a shiver down George’s spine. Dream’s head bowed slightly, his fingers were fidgeting against his legs. He looked nervous but didn’t move.

    “I believe you were told to do something.” George reiterated as he raised his eyebrows at Dream’s defiance. Dream’s bratting tended towards words and mouthing off as opposed to straight disobedience. The younger man mumbled something, George was unable to pick up his voice. “Speak up if you’re going to talk, whore.” George snapped, taking a step forward to intimidate the other. He hooked a finger under Dream’s chin, tilting it up to meet his eyes again.

    “He wasn’t talking to me.” Dream muttered softly, barely audible to the man above him.

    “You’re so stupid,” George says after his breathing has calmed down, and he feels it when Dream chuckles. His shoulder rubs against George’s, and his breath hits his hair, and Dream turns and suddenly he’s so much closer. George almost wants to make a run for it.
    "How am I stupid? You couldn’t– you were about to ruin my eardrums a second ago!”
