he got his Lordship keys to all the vaults under his command and the rules each vault fell under. With this, he began to plan. Especially since the Black Family Ring fell to him and not Sirius as his new Ring told him that the Family BOWED TO NO ONE!
He demanded a quiet audit of the family and property vaults and accounts to be done. He also ordered the full public and private family names of every member of the Black Family even if they were a member of the Cadet branch.
