Summary
Portgas D. Ace died during the war, his heart stopped and he took his last breath in the arms of his little brother. And yet, after a long, extremely realistic and vivid dream in which he met his mother for a day – their first and last together, Ace woke up.
But was it really a dream? The hibiscus flower in his hair and the letter in the pocket of his shorts seemed to say otherwise.
OR
His body is slowly recovering after the war, but Ace's mind must also heal so that he can ever wake up. It does, twenty years in the past.

Summary
Basil June of the Whitebeard’s 12th Division, the division which handles the crew's information network and communications, wants to know three things:
1) How the hell did no one, let alone her division, know that Ace was a fucking serial killer before he joined the crew?
2) The commanders hadn’t done anything when they’d found out, so were they, and by extension the entire crew, just kind of… okay with it?
3) Why the hell was she the last one to find out that Ace was the infamous Prince of Pain? She was the goddamn gossip queen for crying out loud! (self proclaimed, but whatever)
Or: an interview style fic as the Whitebeard crew comes to terms with finding out Ace is a serial killer.
