It’s the 1920s, Crowley has been a successful archaeologist and treasure hunter for a good 20 years, and as such he’s always on the look for extraordinary and unique artifacts that collectors pay well for. He’s in Italy for a possible hidden tomb inside an Etruscan necropolis - but then his rival Aziraphale Fell shows up, who works for the British museum and keeps crossing Crowley’s path far too often.

Since Crowley can’t get into the tomb by himself, he reluctantly agrees to team up with Fell. That’s when things are starting to get strange…

    Summary

Aziraphale's little trip to the Italian Alban Hills could have gone much better. Not only is his research into an ancient fertility cult in danger of being hijacked by his obnoxious superior, he also got a 'colleague' foisted upon him. And not just any, no, it had to be Crowley.

Crowley is equally eager to dig into the past and recent biome of the Italian hillside as he is to get under Fell's skin. But no matter how intriguing the prickly archaeologist is, Crowley will not allow for his work to be disregarded.

Neither of them expected their interdisciplinary studies to end up being quite that hands on.

    Summary

Aziraphale Fell finds himself foisted upon a new dorm mate at University who has a notorious history of making said roommates disappear. Whether it's his loud music, need for dark, or overall sarcastic nature, Crowley always manages to run them off before they become an issue.

But...this one seems different. His wit is sharp, and his knives aren't far behind. He may seem like an old silly, but this one may just be the wake-up call Crowley - and his motley band of ne'er-do-wells - needs.

    Summary

A.Z. Fell is a famous (well, in his circle) Soho bookseller whose selection of volumes is the epitome of respectable (and boring) literature. One of his favourite authors is the renowned science writer A.J. Crowley, whose books on astronomy have popularized the subject — and also sell very well.
Mr Fell is overjoyed when Dr Crowley accepts his invitation to do a signing of his new book in the bookshop, but their first conversation is a disaster: for some reason, Crowley does not share Fell’s distaste for romantic literature and acts very cold when the bookseller berates the author of one of the most popular romance series of the moment, Madame Ashtoreth.
Little does Fell know that his favourite writer and the one he hates with a passion are the same person…
