A startled, pleased little laugh. “I can’t imagine a happier life.”

Summary
Due to progressive pushback, the International Skating Association (ISU) has decided to allow same-gender pairs to skate in competitions for the first time in history.
Kenma has been waiting for this day his entire life.
To be clear, though—Kenma is not a pairs skater. He has never skated in a pairs competition in his life, but he’s going to, because he’s going to become one of the first ever Japanese figure skaters to skate with a male partner in an official competition.
Kuroo, on the other hand, couldn’t give two shits about the new ISU update. Yay for gay rights and progress, but he’s an actual pairs skater with an established female partner who just up and quit the sport altogether out of nowhere, leaving him high and dry for the next season. How is he supposed to get to the Olympics without a skating partner?
Kenma—a man Kuroo has never met before—has some ideas that might solve his problem, all of which include the two of them skating together for the next season. After all, what could possibly go wrong when trying to make history challenging gender norms in a conservative country through an international athletic competition?
… It’s going to be a very long season.

Kenma would never admit to being emotionally affected by anything, but some (Bokuto) would say he was a bit paranoid when it came to making sure everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be. A war between the three yakuza syndicates populating Tokyo definitely wasn’t the way things were supposed to be, and that being the least of Kenma’s problems was somehow even worse.

Summary
Tsukishima Kei was a streamer, and a damn popular one. Only, no one in his real life knew about it. By day he was a museum employee, and by night... well, he was still a museum employee, he just live-streamed video games on the side. He lived a rather tame double life, if you didn't count the online war he'd been in with rival streamer Kodzuken for the better part of four years. Nothing about that rivalry and the bad blood between them mattered, of course.
Until Kei went and fell in love with the guy.
