Summary
Maomao is a med school drop out, working at the Verdigris strip club where she also runs a free illegal clinic to help those who can't afford medical care. One night she treats Gyokuyou - fiance to a rich business man and suddenly she finds herself drawn into the world of the upper class.
An alternate modern setting where Jinshi and Maomao meet under different - but slightly similar - circumstances and their feelings develop all the same.

Staying in character after meeting the one person you can't control yourself around? Not so doable.or the fic where Kaito and Hakuba didn't go to school together but still met at KID's heists and they haven't seen each other in years but that hasn't diminished Kaito's feelings in the least
