Atsumu has always had a fascination with the sea, and that extends to the creatures that live in it. One day, he comes across something otherworldly. He’s heard talks of merfolk but never miniature ones! It doesn't take long for Atsumu and the mer (Shouyou) to form an unbreakable bond.

Atsumu and Shoyo go on their first trip as a couple - a cruise to Bermuda. Shoyo does his best to keep Atsumu's mind off the paranormal possibilities of Bermuda, which absolutely includes an intimate last night together.

“Where did you two go?” Meian-san asked as he sighed out.
“We had some steam and adrenaline ta blow off,” Atsumu joked, and Shouyo giggled at it, leaning closer to him.
“You had something else to blow off, or better said, someone to blow off,” Inunaki teased with an evilly amused smirk and the captain stood up, pulling at his hair, and glaring at the libero and then at the two men.
“Don’t even start that, Shion, don’t encourage them!”Blowing off…there are many ways to interpret these two simple words, such as blowing off candles on a birthday cake, blowing off some steams and adrenaline after a game, and, of course, blowing off someone. Atsumu and Shouyo know this one very well and, right on Shouyo’s birthday, the different meanings of these two simple words will be completely explored and enjoyed.

The heating is out in their shared apartment. Normally, this wouldn’t be a huge problem. Except it’s the dead of winter and Sakusa isn’t sharing his space heater. That’s fine. Atsumu and Shouyou can generate some warmth another way.
