Neil Josten, Cardiac Surgeon, has always bounced from hospital to hospital, too volatile, until he gets invited (strongarmed) by David Wymack to join the ragtag team that makes up St Anthony’s Hospital. Everything is going swimmingly until he starts to experience some heart problems. Isn’t it weird how symptoms only appear when a certain pediatric surgeon is around?tldr: Neil is a cardiac surgeon and thinks his crush on Andrew is a heart condition.

The hand stopped petting him. Senku felt his chest heave with emotion and agony.
“... you're smart. Me and Xe’ both know that.” The man said carefully. “...Kid, understand this, please…” Senku's heart stuttered, and he sobbed into the man's chest-
“Xeno's protecting you.” Stanley's hand put a grounding pressure on his spine. “...He's protecting you,” Stanley held him closer. “Okay?”
Senku’s heart shattered like a glass balloon.
