Summary
Cannot believe there isn't a fic about the "Wyldfyre is Kai and Skylor's daughter from the future" theory, at least none that I found, so I'm doing it myself before the show addresses Wyldfyre's real parents!
Wyldfyre had never been interested in finding out about the people who'd given birth to her before - after all they'd abandoned her when she was just a baby - until a visit to Ninjago in an effort to find Arin's parents reveals who her own parents are.
But how could Kai be her father? They got along well but now their entire relationship has changed and she doesn't know how to feel about it.
As for Kai, he has no idea about how to deal with this earth-shattering revelation any more than she does. All he can think of to do is to finally go looking for his old flame, Skylor, the supposed mother of his daughter, and hope that she has an explanation... as well as reconnect with Wyldfyre and assure her that no matter what the truth turns out to be, she would always be important to him.
