Karkat looks at Dave standing in a fake display kitchen wearing a frilly white and red apron, a plastic beet in one hand and a wooden spoon in the other and fucking wishes he could deny it. Instead he walks up to Dave, unfastens the apron from around his waist and throws it in the cart.
“Before you say anything else, remember that we are in the kitchen section. Where there are knives.”
