Summary
He had planned all month to celebrate his best friend's 18th birthday and it had truly been a success. But then he realized that, in the mess of organization, he had forgotten to give him a gift. So he had to improvise, and Iwaizumi didn't complain once about the situation.
But a few days later, his friends discover what had happened in that same room on the day of the party and they need to see to believe.
Although Oikawa is hesitant at first, Iwaizumi agrees to give them a demonstration.

How infuriating.
Once again, Iwaizumi had been so plainly sweet in front of Oikawa's entire extended family, and once again, Oikawa was the only one who seemed to be even remotely affected. How could Iwaizumi sit there, utterly expressionless while Oikawa's cousins tittered and his grandparents cooed and Oikawa himself dissolved into an embarrassed puddle on the floor?
Oikawa decided enough was enough.Alternatively - four times Oikawa tried to fluster Iwaizumi, and one time he succeeded.

Summary
“You’re so mean to me,” Tooru says, flopping over to drape himself across Iwaizumi’s lap, making him jerk his plate of pizza out of the way so that Tooru doesn’t crush it. “You never support my dreams.”
Iwaizumi moves their pizza out of the potential splash zone for any fights and then flicks Tooru’s ear in retaliation. “Oh yeah, that’s my problem. I don’t support your dreams.” It comes out very sarcastic, which Tooru supposes is fair, even if he doesn’t like it.
The perpetual state of extreme limbo that has been their Not-A-Relationship since highschool is, at least, in part, because of Tooru’s dreams and Iwaizumi’s tacit, unwavering support for them, after all.
Or, Oikawa and Iwaizumi have been dancing around a relationship since they were kids. Eventually something has to give.

Summary
“Okay, just call me when you can,” Iwaizumi says, and Oikawa’s heart flutters at the easy acceptance. Maybe it’ll be okay this time around, Oikawa thinks, resolve becoming firmer by the second at Iwaizumi’s dependable nature.
“I’ll do you one better,” Oikawa says, smiling despite himself, and opens his camera to turn it towards his laptop, which is displaying the details of the flight. A pause, and then–
Oikawa hears some scuffling and a thud, then a muttered curse on Iwaizumi’s end.
“You’re not shitting me?” Iwaizumi asks, basically demands.
“Nope,” Oikawa says, popping the ‘p’ sound. “You said we barely talk outside the GC now so like, bet!” Oikawa shrugs, trying to pass off flying to Japan as soon as his best friend slash love of his life said that they don’t talk much is completely normal and something that friends do all the time.

In which Oikawa does his best to fix something not-but-also broken, especially when alcohol gets involved.
