Summary
“Stay here, stay safe, and take care of the place for me,” Kakashi tells the kitsune, leaning down to press an impulsive kiss right between those startlingly blue eyes. “Hopefully you’ll still be here when I get back. I think it’d be nice to have someone to welcome me home again.”
And, much to Kakashi’s surprise, that seems to settle the kitsune down in a way nothing else has.
The kitsune follows him all the way right up to the territory’s boundaries but no further, yipping out what sounds suspiciously like a goodbye as Kakashi moves further away.
Kakashi doesn’t look back.
He never does when he leaves.
But, for the first time in a long time, a part of him wants to.

Summary
Naruto and Sakura are dying to know how Kakashi looks under his mask. They fail at every attempt to make the man reveal his face, however.
Naruto soon gives up on it but one day, he's feeling lonely so he decides to visit his teacher and stay over for the night. Kakashi presents him with an interesting idea.
Needless to say, Naruto gets to see what he's hiding under the mask and more.
