The hilt of the boy’s sword told Bin it was an expensive weapon, worth probably more than his parents’ house. The steel blade was immaculate, the tip sharp; he could feel it nicking his skin, the sharp prick stinging right under his Adam’s apple.
Bin swallowed down the angry tears. He would not cry in front of a stranger, in front a boy clad in an expensive cloak, who probably never went hungry for a single day in his life.
Despite the tip of the boy's sword pressing against his throat, he wasn’t to be defeated. ‘Give it back! I shot it; it's mine!’
The boy’s dark eyes narrowed. ‘So you are claiming it as yours?’
Bin stilled. The woods belonged to the king, and with it all the game, every feather and beak, all trees and every blade of grass. He had no right to be here, let alone hunt.

Summary
Hello! For those of you who've read these before, I don't know if you realized that they're all from the same universe. If you have, great! If not, well, then I probably was too vague. Either way, this is the story of our mom-dad couple (which you already know, judging by the title) in a non-canon universe! Here, Kihyun and Hyunwoo are lovers who met each other in college and went on to settle down together in the gorgeous city of London in their working years. Each part of the series depicts a different phase in their lives together, and it is NOT in chronological order on purpose. Enjoy, and remember, constructive criticism is always welcome! I write for myself, but I post for you guys, so telling me what you liked and didn't like is very much helpful and appreciated.
