Deep in the Congolese jungle, a research facility that had no business being there in the first place. One smashed vile and the disease crept into the night. It started with the Animals. Bonobos turned into grotesque images of what they once were, toucans shifted into flightless monsters. They all shared on thing, the thirst for blood. Slowly, it reached humans. People began to turn, bit by bit, ravaging through countries at a faster pace than anyone could have anticipated. It was an infection even the most brilliant of minds couldn't have cured, even with the time. That left one decision, defence.
Miles away in Milton Keynes, a private militia sets up base. It wasn't much, but it had to do. The rest of Europe was already taxed, cities reduced to rubble, communities worn thin. It was up to these men to save what little hope was left in the world. Until, Max Verstappen finds something more valuable than he could have anticipated.
