Summary
I roughly remember that after Deku helps Bakugou, Bakugou chases Deku down, holds his palm on Deku's face, and starts blasting off while ranting that he didn't need help. Halfway through, he smells burnt or cooked meat and runs away. It was then that All Might, in his slender form, appeared and took Deku to the hospital. After taking Deku to the hospital, he read through Deku's notebook and decided to call Nedzu to tell him about Deku's potential.
When Deku woke up, he found out that he had lost all skin on one side of his face and that he would forever need a mask to help him "do something." As Deku was in the hospital, he met Uraraka, who was volunteering. Eventually, he lets Uraraka look at his face without the mask and informs her that he is quirkless. They stay as friends.
Somehow, Nedzu gets in touch with the Midoriyas and invites Deku to be his apprentice or something. Deku was called a vent gremlin in his time at UA. His mom also started the tradition of inviting the teachers at UA to eat dinner at their house.
In the tournament finals, Deku faced Bakugou. Eventually riled up by Bakugou's repeated provocations, Deku took off his mask and screamed at Bakugou about the permanent damage he caused.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku, 28 years old, one half of the team that makes up Dioscuri. Entirely quirkless, he is the first and possibly only, quirkless pro hero.
Nedzu, the other half of the team that makes up Dioscuri. With the quirk High Specs that granted him increased intelligence. He is the only non-human pro hero in all of the world.
Alone, these two would have never made it into the profession. With quirkless being less and less common with each generation; Izuku was never given any opportunity to follow his dream. Nedzu, being a chimera, wouldn’t have been able to get far on his own. The system was twisted in favor of humans only; animals couldn’t legally be heroes. Alone they were cast out of society.
Together they formed the pro-hero and principle of Yuuei High School: Dioscuri.
Or: the AU where Nedzu and Izuku fake being one hero so that they can utterly wreck the commission for denying their dreams.

Summary
After his father suspects Izuku to be quirkless, he moves to America with the man for the summer to train his mind. The plan was to go home, and slowly show more and more signs of an intelligence quirk and eventually officially register. The plan was going perfectly- until his best friend came to the conclusion that Izuku must have a psychic quirk. It all gets out of control from there.

When Yusami finds out she's been dropped into the Naruto universe, she doesn't know if she should feel relieved or cheated to have missed out on all of the cool ninja stuff.
"Both" she decides as she looks down at her favorite customer and wonders how she can sneak extra veggies into his bag without him noticing, "Definitely both."
Or: a self-insert becomes a simple grocer in Konohagakure and decides that if no one else is going to adopt the baby protagonist, then it's free real estate.
Featuring: a civilian woman beating Danzou at his own game, Naruto finding the love he's always deserved, and a hefty amount of ANBU operatives wondering if the Uchiha are accepting volunteers for that little coup/revolution.
