Apparently, Shane had chosen this morning to wear Ilya’s jersey, his signature number 81 on the back and staring at Ilya like a lighthouse beacon, beckoning him like a moth to a flame as he drew closer to Shane with a giddy grin stretching wide across his features. What really was getting Ilya going was the fact that the jersey seemed to be all Shane was wearing, save for some crisp white ankle socks and what appeared to be black briefs peeking from underneath the jersey when he raised his arms.
Ilya realized, with rapidly growing delight, that those were also his.
