This group stands out a bit from their usual Wednesday night patrons, mainly due to them wearing casual clothes (so not a miserable finance bro connection-building get-together) and them not being a couple. Well, he catches himself, they could be in a polycule for all I know, no need to be so close-minded.
Or: an outsider pov from the perspective of the waiter who, according to dnp, was either up to something nefarious or madly in love with Phil.

Summary
Harry gets hit by a killing curse and instead of dying travels to a different reality where he is the bratty husband of the Minister of Magic Tom Riddle. Harry realizes that his husband actually hates him and can barely tolerate his scandalous and petty behaviour and married him only for political connections with the Potter family. That's all good since he doesn't like Riddle either. Tom, on the other hand, is confused by his pureblood husband's new and strange behaviour.

“Who’s Lan Zhan?” he asks.
The pretty man by his side inhales so sharply Wei Ying feels the air get sucked out of the room.
