Because he was sure that when they were the Bad Boys during Limited Life he went out his way to avenge the canary, Scott definitely cried over the blonde during Third Life, Martyn was also upset after losing him both in Last Life and Secret Life, and don't get him started with Lizzie, his wife was literally so worried about the blonde's safety and whereabouts during Wild Life, same goes for Scar. So he really doesn't know where this is coming from.

Kirishima smiles, swallowing before he murmurs, "That's a really tall order," and the king throws his arms out in glee.
"You're learning idioms! You got that from me, right? Do you see how I'm the only person ever?!"
"I didn't learn that from you."
The king looks so horrifically, disbelievingly offended that Kirishima wants to laugh so bad but he's shy, and he'll probably sound very horrible, so all that comes out is a low pleased rumble in his throat. And the king's jaw drops before he throws his arms into the air and falls dramatically back onto the ground.
"I found the coolest damn dragon who smiles like the moon and wants to learn from someone like me and apparently also PURRS. I'm fucking done."
Kirishima flushes a little, consumed by so much warmth that it almost hurts or maybe he's confusing pain with something else, and he reaches out to pat the king's arm except the king gnashes at him when he comes close. "Do not touch me, heathen."

It causes people to only be able to tell the person affected, in this case, you, the truth.’ She brushed some dirt off his uniform. “It can also cause people to blurt out what they’re thinking without them meaning to.”
“It should go away in a couple of days,” She paused, “Or maybe a week.”
“A week!” Kirishima exclaimed. There was no way. He had better things to do than worry about everyone telling him the truth.
She sighed, “It’s not too bad. The good thing is that you’ll know how everyone thinks of you.” She looked away from him, “Or, the bad thing. You know what, just don’t think about it. I’ll walk you to class, yeah?”
