Briar Baggins was a disappointment to those in the Shire who once expected that she would become someone exceptional. She was difficult to coax from her study, often withdrawing into books about lands far beyond their green, rolling hills.
It came as a surprise when Briar accepted an invitation from her cousin to visit Bucklebury, and returned some time later with a baby in her arms. A baby that malicious gossips insisted had been seen wearing tiny socks, of all things!
No doubt things would settle down again after that bit of excitement.
A proper gentlehobbit would not chase after adventure well into her middle age, after all.

A very cute & in-character exploration of Shenny. I love fics where the two of them find another, better, friend group & this group was amazing! Love their DnD nights & how Sheldon really bonds with the guys naturally by just being himself. The contrast to Leonard’s… everything. Though this fic did give him a small redemption arc so that was nice. Also gave some good insight to Raj without bashing. Also love this alternate Arctic trip! All around loved this fic.

I’m liking this a lot. Bo as an OFC love interest for Daryl is great. It’s just one of those fics that’s well written & intent on the details, which kind of stresses me out in TWD fics, so I’m putting it on pause for now. Currently at chapter 25, seems like season 2 ends in chapter 36. This is worth keeping an eye on & coming back to for sure.
