Summary
Harvey is leaning against the doorframe, waiting for him. He’s in a short-sleeve T-shirt, and his hair falls across his temples in the most intolerably perfect way Mike has ever seen.
“I’m not a doctor, Harvey. I’m not on call twenty-four seven,” Mike grumbles, pushing his way inside before Harvey even moves to let him in.
“You’re saying you wouldn’t come if I were dying?” Harvey asks as he closes the door behind them.
Mike drops his bag on one of the stools at the kitchen counter and throws his dripping jacket on top. “Are you dying?”or
3 times Harvey is a jerk and 1 when he makes up for it.

Summary
Harvey Specter had tried cases worth hundreds of millions of dollars without breaking a sweat. He had dismantled hostile witnesses, shredded opposing counsel, and walked into courtrooms where the odds were stacked so high against him they might as well have been skyscrapers. Through all of it he had never once forgotten what he intended to say.
Until tonight.
Which, frankly, annoyed him.

Summary
“You look terrible,” Harvey said casually as Mike stepped into his office.
Mike blinked. “Good morning to you too.”
Harvey didn’t look up from the file in his hand. “I assume you’re either hungover or dying. If it’s dying, schedule it for after 6 p.m. I have a deposition.”
Mike huffed, but it came out weak. “I’m fine.”
Harvey’s eyes flicked up then, assessing Mike. His skin was pale, even under the warm lights of the firm. There was a faint flush high on his cheeks. His movements were just slightly slower than usual. So, maybe not hungover.
--
Or, Mike comes into the firm obviously sick and headache-ridden. Harvey takes it into his own hands to make sure nobody gives him shit for it. Nobody except himself.

Summary
And there he was. Harvey Specter stood in the hallway looking exactly like himself and not at all like himself at the same time — coat immaculate, posture mostly intact, but his balance just slightly off-center and his smile broader than Mike had ever seen it in fluorescent office lighting.
Mike blinked once, twice, and then the words slipped out before he could stop them. “Oh my God.”
Harvey lifted a finger in mild reprimand, eyes bright and unfocused in a way that made him look younger and far less guarded. “Language.”
Mike stared at him for a long second, taking in the loosened tie, the faint flush high on his cheeks, the way he seemed to be operating on a half-second delay.
“You’re drunk,” Mike said finally, the realization settling somewhere between disbelief and a laugh.

"Looking back, Harvey couldn’t believe how blind he’d been. The signs were all there, painfully obvious in hindsight, but he had been too caught up in his world to notice the hints Mike had been unconsciously dropping from the very start."

Summary
When Mike reveals that he's never left the country, Harvey naturally makes it his mission to change that. He did not anticipate how hard it would be to hide his increasingly obvious feelings during their business trip-turned-vacation, granted, but that's a problem he's more than willing to deal with as long as Mike is happy.
And who knows, maybe it's not a problem at all. Mike may yet surprise him. After all, doesn't he always?

Summary
“Mike,” he pleaded, voice rough with sleep. “Go back to bed.”
Another slow and controlled inhale came from Mike's side of the bed. Then, on the exhale, something slipped. A small, involuntary sound, almost a whimper.
Harvey shot upright.
Mike was sitting on the edge of the bed, back to him, shoulders squared too straight. Too stiff. His hands were braced on his knees, fingers curled tight. He was staring straight ahead into the dark like there was something there.

They pause by some more candles, and Harvey raises an eyebrow as Mike eyes them.
“What exactly are we contemplating, Mikey?”
“Just thinking of location, y’know? Make the apartment more…” Mike pauses, gesturing vaguely. “Homey.”
“My apartment is homey.” Harvey says defensively, glancing around. “What’s wrong with it?”

It’s not that he’s waiting for the go ahead (they’re far past that), he’s just doing what a marimo does best and pushing Sanji’s fucking buttons. He’s winding him up until he hears a beg or some other pathetic noise that Zoro hopes will escape from him because his boyfriend is an incorrigible fucking tease.
An incorrigible fucking tease that ultimately gets exactly what he wants.
