However, he did recognise him. Harry Potter. The son of Lily Evans-Potter and James Potter. Narrowing his eyebrows, drinking his wine with his successor beside him, he wondered what had happened for the teenage boy to end up in District 12 unlike the Capitol where he placed him. Did Sirius Black move him? How did he get to District 12 unnoticed? Was he going to win the 74th Annual Hunger Games?
Either way, he was going to have to control things before they got out of hand, in any way possible.
