In 192 AC, a male omega was born to Prince Maekar Targaryen and his lady Dyanna of House Dayne. The child, named Aerion, was the first omega born to the direct Targaryen line in three generations. King Daeron II determined that so rare a prize should remain within the royal house, and the boy was betrothed to Prince Baelor, the King's heir.
The bonding was formalized in 206 AC, when Aerion reached his fourteenth year. Consummation was delayed until the omega's first heat.
That heat came in 209 AC, at the tourney at Ashford Meadow, on the eve of a trial of seven that Aerion himself had invoked.Series

Summary
After Armand turned him and fled, Daniel stole some of his stuff from the Dubai penthouse.
Two years later, having found Armand and been disturbed by the state of him, Daniel follows up on those leads.
During the red-eye to Venice he dreamed. He dreamed of Armand’s back, and of his shadow. The shadow lay long and dark behind him. Armand was walking away from him but not getting any farther, even though Daniel was not moving. This was the side of himself that Armand could not see. Daniel saw it, but he couldn’t understand it. He tried to catch up but could get no closer. He tried to call Armand’s name and couldn’t. Turn around! he wanted to shout. Look at me! And then suddenly Armand did. First he was in profile, perpendicular to him, and Daniel was afraid. I didn’t mean it, he tried to say—I didn’t mean it, I didn’t want to hurt you, I’m sorry. Then Armand was facing him, and touched him with his eyes.

Summary
He had almost expected Valarr not to come. For sense to win out, for him to remember that while Daeron would not do him the disservice of bearing him unwanted children, he was still Daeron. Drinking, dreaming, disappointing Daeron. As much a failure of a prince as he was of an omega.
But Valarr had come to his chambers that night. And then he kept coming. And what was foolish dreaming Daeron to do with that?

He has betrothed Prince Valarr Targaryen, heir of his heir, to his cousin Princess Elaerea Targaryen, daughter of his third son. They just have to deal with the fallout.
