Summary
The more time a sentibeing spends away from their amok, the weaker that connection becomes. In time the magic of the amok, desperate to keep that connection, will move to an item that the senti is closer to.
Adrien's amok is empty, and Felix and Duusu are on a frantic search to find the new item before someone else can get their hands on it. Without letting Adrien know any of this is going on, of course.

Summary
Her dreams aren't usually bleached white, any more. The memories of piercing blue and stinging cold water are still there, faded, echoes of manic laughter that are at once pleasure and grief and a desperation for existence to end are drowned out by real life, by the present, by friends and nervous attempts at a relationship and music and warmth, by her partner hugging her and spinning her around with tears in his eyes, the soft jingle of a brass bell, their mingled relief and laughter.

"Do you remember..." Ladybug asked quietly. Her voice was muted by the long stretch of silence that had preceded the question, and she cleared her throat before starting again. "Do you remember that... dream we shared?"
Chat Noir hummed as he thought, staring off into the distance. "Like 'hopes and dreams' or like a falling asleep dream?"
"Both," said Ladybug, and her arm clenched around his. "A 'Gift'."
He shut his eyes and leaned back against his hands. "Mr Damocles. I remember."
Mostly, he remembered the ache when it ended. The hot anger that coursed through him. Forcing down the bitter desire to avenge the loss of something he never had.
"I was just thinking," Ladybug continued. "Do you remember their names?"

Summary
Misfortune didn’t seem that powerful on her own. It should have been easy to finish off the fight and go home.
But “bad luck”, as it turned out, was the kind of power that was difficult to combat. Ladybug’s power was good luck, after all, and the kiss on her cheek that still felt cold and numb on her skin had canceled it out.
Chat Noir had pursued her over rooftops, into and through crumbling offices, his speed and experience giving him the edge as she tired, until he caught her around the middle and tackled her to the floor. And instead of trying to stop him as he reached to crush her lucky charm - one of Ladybug’s lucky charms, actually, that she had created for someone else, another akumatized victim - in his claws, she reached up with both hands and pulled him down to kiss him on the forehead.
Chat Noir’s power was bad luck, after all, and the kiss on his forehead that still felt cold and numb on his skin had multiplied it.
