Summary
Several weeks after Talon's attack on Watchpoint Gibraltar, Overwatch has finally managed to get its feet on the ground again. However with the loss of Gibraltar, Overwatch is in desperate need both both new allies and resources if they ever hope to make a difference in the world again.
So after receiving a tip that Talon is looking to eliminate an anarchist group called the Phreaks, the team sets out to try and make friends with Talon's newest enemies. However, given the fact that the Phreaks' leader despises Overwatch, it's not going to be an easy task. Especially not after Wuyang realizes he's complicated the entire situation by having a one-night stand with the Phreaks' leader himself.
