Summary

Hyunjin tilts his head slightly, his expression unreadable but his tone clipped, precise. “I was in my room,” he says, “and the whole place was hit with distress pheromones.” His eyes slide toward Felix again, and the weight of that attention feels like gravity, inevitable, impossible to hide from.
Chan’s frown deepens, confusion cutting through the calm. “It wasn’t that strong,” he says. “The scent didn’t leave the kitchen.”
“Then you should probably check your ventilation system,” Hyunjin replies quietly, gaze still fixed on Felix. “Because it did.”
Felix blinks at him, disbelief tripping through his system. Of course, Hyunjin would notice. Of course, he’d be the one to feel it.The Integration Program said, “Learn to cooperate across secondary genders.” Haus 07 heard: “Bond emotionally, break several rules, fall in love, and make absolutely zero responsible decisions.”
