She issues a proclamation denouncing discrimination against the Animals, and rallies the League of Governors to repeal anti-Animal legislation across Oz.

"Glinda?" Pfannee steps into her office. "Dorothy's asking for you again."
Glinda's forehead hits her desk with a resolute thud. "Oz help me," she groans. "Tell her to go away."
