Summary
His feet hit hard and his knees buckle beneath him. It hurts when his hands skid on the decorative rug, the price he pays for catching himself to keep from flopping face-first into the ground. He's dumbstruck and just kneels there for several long moments staring at his hands, at the bloom of rug burn forming before his eyes.
"I can't fly," he says dumbly.
"Noted. Any pain?" Bruce asks.
Clark's world falls apart, and Superman is to blame. When he's at his lowest, Bruce Wayne gives him a gift: a room that strips him of his powers. A room where he can learn what it means to be human.

Summary
It feels wrong to pull this hard, and Clark can feel the minute way the muscle fibers strain and resist as Clark moves, how the bone drags for what feels like a century before it gives with a soft pop and settles back into the joint.
If Clark hadn’t been so close, hadn’t been him, he doubts he would have been able to hear the noise that Bruce makes, soft and punched out, as his shoulder moves unnaturally back into place.
---
As the only human on the team, Bruce sometimes needs a little help staying in fighting form. Who is Clark to deny that help?

Summary
Clark Kent has never shaken the feeling that he doesn’t quite belong.
He grew up learning to hide—his strength, his heritage, his very self—all to protect a secret that kept him at arm’s length from everyone around him. And yet, nothing made him feel more alone than discovering the one thing his Kryptonian biology denied him: a soulmate.
While every human carried a mark guiding them to someone meant just for them, Clark carried nothing. No promise. No destined other. The more time passes, the heavier that truth becomes, aching under his skin until it finally breaks him.
One night, overwhelmed by longing and starved for a connection he fears he’ll never have, Clark gives in to a single reckless impulse.
He kisses the one person he trusts most in this world—his best friend, Bruce Wayne.

Summary
Clark struggles with something his Ma might call jealousy after walking in on Bruce and Hal together after a mission. Instead of letting Clark's feelings ruin the Justice League's hard-won team cohesion, Bruce suggests an alternative arrangement: sleep together once, work the tension between them out of their systems, and then go back to normal afterward.
The problem with that plan? It's not just casual, and neither of them can ever go back to normal once it's all said and done.

Summary
A moment later he has Bruce’s shirt off, and the other man has a hand down the front of his pants. They’re breathing heavily, arching against each other with cut-off moans, which is the excuse Clark uses for not hearing the patio door.
“Um.”
He and Bruce freeze, awkwardly positioned on the couch. Across the room, by the entrance to the kitchen, is a very confused-looking Jason. He has his finger by the lightswitch, an empty glass in his other hand.
“I was just, uh…getting some water...” Jason swallows nervously, averting his eyes. “You know what, I’m sure Tim can make some out of saltwater, or something. I’m just gonna...go…”
Or, the one where Bruce and Clark vacation with the batkids, everything goes wrong, and Clark is just trying to propose to his boyfriend, okay?
