“unfortunately the time has come when i need your help.” jimin says quietly, eyes glued to jungkook’s chest to avoid his dark gaze.
“what time would that be?” jungkook asks, raising his knees to rest them in the air behind jimin’s back.
“the time when my father’s patience has finally run thin. he arranged for me to be mated to some old, disgusting pack leader from the north.”
“when?” jungkook asks, body going stiff and tone serious.
“the start of spring at the latest.” jimin replies, stomach churning at just the thought of it. a shiver wracks down his spine, body still trembling from the cold. “if i don’t give in by then, he’s forcing me.”
“what’s your plan?” jungkook asks, jimin finally raising his gaze to look into jungkook’s eyes. he audibly gulps, acid in his throat from the nerves bubbling inside of him.
“well… uh… you need to pup me.”
