Summary
This fic follows Claudia and Madeleine in the time between Madeleine being turned and the trial. The girls live, it is canon compliant, and if you're patient enough, you'll realize how those two are true. It is domestic, I will write these two as a healthy lesbian couple (because that's what they are), but it's not all happy. It will get sad, especially approaching their return to Paris, and it will be hectic at times because it's VERY Claudia centric. There is some Louis slander, but only towards his parenting, and there is QUITE a bit of Lestat/Armand slander, even though I love both of the evil French men. Again, two things can be true. Keep an eye on the tags, they will change as I write because I don't fully know what I will or won't include. It is unlikely that the evil motorcyclist will be mentioned, as I do not have a good understanding of that kind of trauma and would not want to misrepresent that. If you have a better understanding of SA and think it is an oversight to exclude that from the story, reach out. I might not change my mind, but it might help should I wish to write Armand (whose character is largely formed by VERY complex SA). That being said, enjoy the fic, and enjoy the glimpse into my own OC. :)
