Ena, feeling as if her insecurities will swallow her whole, tries to make an effort too big for her to handle which causes her seams to come crashing down as she weaves her fingers miraculously from screen to brush in quite a rhythmic way only one could adorn such beauty. Still, that doesn't help waver Mizuki’s concerns of the painter's health and well-being, and obviously, she knew when it was time to step in whether it be just forcefully getting Ena to take a break or even to just show her just how much love Mizuki stored inside her heart that could only be presented near Ena’s presence.
Or, Mizuki gets Ena to take a break, not before taking care of her physical health first and ensuring she feels no other negative way about her body or even just her handcrafted artwork.
