Summary
Being the best hockey player in the world (fuck you, Rozanov) and living in a city as hockey-obsessed as Montreal makes being gay a little bit complicated for Shane - he can’t exactly go out to meet a man, not even if it’s just for sex. So when Hayden brings up this super discreet, super high profile, super anonymous sex party in New York, Shane lets himself be convinced to go. In an unexpected turn of events, he actually feels attracted to one of the partygoers and hooks up with the guy. After, he can’t get the beautiful stranger with the golden mask and the lily tattoo out of his head. Even more unexpectedly, their paths keep crossing until Shane finds himself falling in love.
The game against Boston comes at a pretty bad time, Shane being consumed by thoughts of his “Lily.” During a face-off against Rozanov, the ice is pulled from underneath his skates…

Summary
Arlo watches Rozanov catch the small gesture their boss gives him and grab the black coat off his shoulders, draping it over one arm with his black leather gloved hands. It freaks Arlo out a little, the wordless communication that Boss has with his bodyguard. The way they move like a single being, with Hollander always a step ahead but never more than that step far. Rozanov walks if Boss walks, like there’s an invisible leash latched to some collar that only Hollander can tug at.
It must be so humiliating, he thinks just as Boss climbs the long flare of stairs that lead to the main entrance and Rozanov follows behind him like an obedient dog. He wonders if he burns with the shame of subduing himself like that. Of reducing his entire existence to a single man out of obligation.
Or, italian mafia boss shane hollander and his guard dog through the eyes of an employee. and then through shane's own eyes.

@NHLInsider It’s been a rough week for Ilya Rozanov after a storybook start to the season. After suffering bruised ribs during Ottawa’s game against Montreal on Thursday, now one of his former flames has come forward claiming he was a less-than-stellar partner.
TikTok user @bostonbethany posted a video on Saturday detailing her encounter with Rozanov back in 2017. She says he didn’t pay for her drinks, was constantly checking his phone, could barely make conversation after leading her to believe he was interested in a relationship, failed to satisfy her in the bedroom after trying for nearly an hour, and never called her again.
This comes as Rozanov is out for at least two weeks with his injury, while the Centaurs, including his husband Shane Hollander, head to Berlin for two games against Detroit as part of the NHL’s Global Series.
We’ll let you know if we hear anything back from Rozanov’s camp.
