Yoshiki makes a quiet, choking noise—a single breath cut short. Hikaru looks up at him, dark eyes a little wide as they peer down at him over the edge of the bed.
He’s flushed, just barely visible in the warm glow of the sun.
(or, Hikaru is curious about kissing. Yoshiki suffers eternally, except not really.)

The thing is, sometimes– oftentimes Hikaru feels the primordial urge to split Yoshiki into half. To tenderly rip out his beating heart and consume that pure, beautiful soul so unlike his own.
