“Remus help! This is your fault!” James tried again.
“I didn’t tell you to snog him, Prongs!” Moony snapped back.
“TRUE. Technically, you didn’t. You didn’t say 'don’t snog Regulus,' you just said not to hit on him. WHICH I DIDN’T! So maybe protect me a little here please?” James floundered for excuses. Remus debated it for a moment - hopefully that please did itself justice and saved James’ life.
“Snogging most definitely falls under flirting,” Remus decided educationally. All his friends were assholes, honestly. After tonight, James was going to start hanging out with Hufflepuffs.

Summary
On a cold winter’s night, Regulus seeks out his brother in the hopes of reconciliation. In his naivety, he falls victim to a cleverly orchestrated trick by Severus Snape, who is seeking revenge on Sirius for a nasty prank he pulled.
Now, Regulus is trapped in the Shrieking Shack with a fully transformed werewolf and no chance of escape.
Fear is an old friend of his and yet he hardly has a chance to truly feel it, not while the overgrown wolf is too busy making a nest to keep Regulus warm and licking away his tears.

James Potter was pretty sure he had it all figured out. His face was on billboards, shampoo and razor ads, and life was basically golden. Romance? Well, that part was a little slower, at least until a random text from an unknown number landed in his inbox.
