Jaemin stops in front of the door. He turns to give Donghyuck a flat look. “Don’t follow me, Lee Donghyuck.” He yanks the door open and walks through it, leaving Donghyuck alone on the rooftop.
[ Fondness Level: -15. ]
Moments eke past in relative silence otherwise filled with the chirp of passing birds and scattered conversations of students below. The door swings shut with the quiet cough of rubber. Donghyuck watches it happen without moving, letting Jaemin get further and further away. It takes almost a full minute for him to smile.
“You know who I am,” he says to the empty air. As if responding, the grey screen in front of him fizzles and changes, a new mission presented in front of him.
[ Make Na Jaemin happy. ]
Donghyuck wakes up in a dating sim. All he has to do is save his favorite character and ensure his happy ending. Easy peasy.

Summary
The glint in the painted eyes is filled with mischief and it makes him break in cold sweat, a shiver running through him. Yeah, he at least has to leave this room though, he can't watch this painting for much longer without feeling uneasy. Those eyes feel too perceiving and this smile feels too knowing. He doesn't let his eyes leave the painting as he slowly retracts back towards the right wing, and the dark pupils facing him unsurprisingly follows him.
And then one disappear. The left eyes just become a line. The fuck. Did the painting just winked ?

He’s never seen anything like it before.
A rational person when confronted with some other worldly being would probably turn tail and run, but Jeno does neither of those things.
Instead, he speaks in a hush tone, “Hey there, little buddy.”
