Summary
An old FIA rule says that unmated omegas aren't allowed to race in any category of motorsport.
Because of that, Charles Leclerc has been hiding as a beta since he first presented as an omega-until a breakthrough heat destroys how hard he's worked and reveals his designation.
Ferrari, facing a major loss in sponsorship money, offer him a choice: leave Ferrari and motorsport forever, or agree to an invite only auction for the rights to mate him, with proceeds filling the hole in the budget.
Charles comes up with a plan to save himself, get an alpha he trusts, get Ferrari's money back, and keep his seat.
Unfortunately, Max Verstappen comes up with a plan, too.

"...Seriously, man?" – Charles's mind was filled with vague images that suddenly appeared right after the word 'dominate' was uttered - "No, of course not, no fucking way."
